Common questions about Insphera.
How do I know the AI won't code irrelevant bits (like greetings or consent scripts)?
Insphera's relevance check prompt filters out procedural and administrative segments automatically. You'll only see codes on substantive participant content — and you can always delete or edit codes in the UI.
Can I tweak the AI's coding if it misses something or over-codes something?
Absolutely. All intermediate outputs — open codes, themes, relationships — are editable. You can rename codes, move them between themes, or add your own custom codes at any time.
How does Insphera protect my data?
Transcripts and outputs are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access controls let you restrict who can view, edit, or export your data. We never share your raw transcripts with third parties.
What languages does it support?
Out of the box, Insphera detects and translates major world languages including Nepali, Spanish, Arabic, and Mandarin. Translation and analysis run automatically — no configuration needed.
How accurate is the translation and coding?
Translation quality highlights any segments below your confidence threshold, so you can manually review or reprocess them. Coding accuracy benefits from iterative passes and your ability to refine outputs in the interface.
How do I get started?
Upload a cleaned transcript, run the automated pipeline, then review and refine codes, themes, and the final narrative in the built-in editor. Export as PDF when you're done.
Can I analyze multiple transcripts together?
Yes. Insphera can process multiple transcripts in a project and aggregate cross-transcript themes — ideal for multi-participant studies. Use the Generate analysis button on any project page.
What if I need a customized workflow?
We expose every step via our API. Swap or modify prompts, change thresholds, or add new coding stages — Insphera adapts to your methodology.
